{"id":400,"date":"2011-03-13T20:15:41","date_gmt":"2011-03-13T19:15:41","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/baksels.be\/?p=400"},"modified":"2013-01-13T09:00:22","modified_gmt":"2013-01-13T08:00:22","slug":"mini-citroencakjes-met-sesamzaad","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.baksels.be\/?p=400","title":{"rendered":"Mini citroencakjes met maanzaad"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-404\" title=\"Citroencakejes met sesamzaad\" src=\"https:\/\/baksels.be\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/03\/citroencakejesmetsesam-1024x682.jpg\" alt=\"Citroencakejes met sesamzaad - www.baksels.be\" width=\"600\" height=\"399\" \/><br \/>\nIngredi\u00ebnten<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>200 gr zelfrijzende bloem<\/li>\n<li>200 gr zachte boter<\/li>\n<li>175 gr\u00a0suiker<\/li>\n<li>4 eieren<\/li>\n<li>2 eetlepels maanzaad<\/li>\n<li>1 (biologische) citroen<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Bereiding<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Was de citroen grondig met warm water en boen deze op.\u00a0Rasp de schil\u00a0eraf en pers de citroen uit.<\/li>\n<li>Klop de op kamertemperatuur gebrachte boter tot deze bleker wordt.<\/li>\n<li>Voeg er de suiker bij en blijf kloppen tot het mengsel bijna wit is van kleur.<\/li>\n<li>Voeg de citroenrasp toe.<\/li>\n<li>Roer zachtjes \u00e9\u00e9n per \u00e9\u00e9n de eieren onder het mengsel<\/li>\n<li>Giet er vervolgens het\u00a0citroensap bij.<\/li>\n<li>Meng het maanzaad door de bloem en meng deze lepel voor lepel door het mengsel.<\/li>\n<li>Spuit het beslag, met behulp van een spuitzak, in de bakvorm.<br \/>\nDe gebruikte\u00a0silicone bakvorm (<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><a title=\"Silikomart SF019\" href=\"https:\/\/www.silikomart.net\/_portal\/naviga\/index_silikomart_net_en.php?f_codpag=prodotti_moduloInserimento&amp;ctrl_upagina=ricerca&amp;ctrl_record_da=1&amp;f_codlingua=EN&amp;ctrl_descr=SF019&amp;ctrl_codlin=L02\" target=\"_blank\">Silikomart SF019<\/a><\/span>) heeft vijftien mini muffinvormen met een doorsnee van drie centimeter en zijn vier cm diep.
